- ➤ Nebraska faced a statewide fuel shortage as refineries switched blends, forcing suppliers to travel to Kansas, Oklahoma — and Wyoming — to secure gas, which has raised prices at the pump. Governor Pillen signed an emergency order in early May that extended truckers’ driving hours to ease delays, but the order expires today. WOWT
