- ➤ Capehart Road will reopen to through traffic near 48th Street on Monday, Dec. 15 as Sarpy County moves into the next phase of its multi-phase project to widen the intersection, add a left-turn lane and install new curbs and sidewalks; construction will continue into spring. Bellevue Times
