- ➤ Bellevue transforms Falconwood Park into a winter wonderland as Falconwood Frosty Nights opens to the public today. Owner Brandon Miller has planned the holiday event for several years and says it features a Christmas village, snowless sledding, and meet-and-greets with Santa and his elves—visitors should get tickets early. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Metropolitan Community College invites students in kindergarten through 12th grade from Douglas, Dodge, Sarpy, and Washington counties and current MCC students to design a mission patch for the Student Spaceflight Experiments Program's 21st mission. The patch and micro-gravity experiments will launch to the International Space Station next summer (winning design to be announced in February). WOWT
