- ➤ The Offutt Advisory Council is working with Hy-Vee and the Sarpy County Chamber to collect non-perishable food and toiletries for military families affected by the government shutdown. Donations can be dropped off at locations in Shadow Lake and Plattsmouth from October 24 through November 3, with a separate diaper drive from October 31 to November 2. 3 News Now
