Skinny Bones Pumpkin Patch kicked off its season Friday morning with new attractions planned for fall, including the tractor-drawn Mad Cow Ride that both adults and children have enjoyed.

After summer storms damaged parts of the park, co-owner Maria Bledsoe said the family restored the Pumpkin House (a former ticket booth) and will host Grandparents' Day on Sept 7 and Dog Day on Sept 21 while planning festivals through Nov 1.
