- ➤ The Shadow Ridge Music Festival will return on Sept. 5 with Bush, Lit, The Fray and Fuel while supporting the Lane Thomas Foundation. Free parking and shuttle service (from Elkhorn South High School) will make it easy for visitors to join the event at Shadow Ridge Country Club as doors open at 5 p.m. KETV
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Nebraska Appleseed backed a lawsuit that said the Medicaid notice 'income exceeds standards' did not clearly explain why thousands of people were removed from the rolls in 2023—over 20,000 were affected. The district court ruled the case could not proceed and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld that decision, while the Department said it acted within the law. KETV
