  • ➤ Attorney General Mike Hilgers expanded Nebraska’s fight against unlawful THC products by filing a lawsuit against Savage Enterprises — the company sold gummies and vapes with dangerously high levels of Delta-8 THC and used teen-appealing marketing tactics.
