  • ➤ Brent Swigart, 27, was held on bond after Bellevue police said he waved a handgun and shot a pickup truck during a road rage incident last week—he faces charges including attempted second-degree murder, terroristic threats, use of a firearm to commit a felony and leaving the scene of an accident.  KETV
  • ➤ On Highway 75, Damon McKee said the accused Brent Swigart waved his gun and fired shots that broke his truck's rear window and damaged his headrest, leaving McKee with minor injuries and Swigart facing charges of attempted second-degree murder, terroristic threats, use of a firearm in a felony and leaving the scene while his next court appearance is set for Aug. 4.  KETV
