- ➤ Homeland Security agents arrested a suspected Venezuelan gang member, Gabriel Hurtado-Cariaco (30), in Bellevue near 25th Street and Chandler Road after a dangerous traffic stop that injured an FBI and ICE agent when he fought arrest, and he now faces charges of attempted murder and assault on a federal officer while other identified gang members remain sought. Jim Pillen announced today that the developmentally disabled wait list is over so that 3,000 families can now get immediate access to services through a new Family Support Waiver funded with $18 million of state funds that leverages over $20 million in federal Medicaid dollars.
