Bellevue opened its all inclusive playground at American Heroes Park today.
The park, four times the size of others, will have a ribbon cutting ceremony later this month to mark its commitment to accessible play.

Nebraska attorney general Mike Hilgers filed a lawsuit against Temu and its affiliates on June 12 alleging consumer protection violations—claims that include using malware to collect Nebraskans' data, deceptive product listings, and greenwashing tactics.
The suit aims to stop Temu’s unlawful practices, secure refunds for consumers, and impose penalties for legal violations.
🏥 Health
The Nebraska Humane Society held a demonstration on Wednesday showing that a parked car with cracked windows can quickly heat up to 105 degrees—putting pets at risk of heat exhaustion.
The organization urged pet owners to keep animals indoors and to call 911 or the NHS for help if they see an animal left in a hot car.
