- ➤ The Nebraska Medical Cannabis Commission held its first meeting on Monday and elected Dr. Monica Oldenburg as chair while noting it has only $30,000 for staffing to meet a July 1 deadline for drafting rules. The board plans to borrow funds if needed and will allow public input at its next meeting on June 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.—details are pending. KETV
