- ➤ A report from the Behavioral Health Education Center of Nebraska shows a 49% rise in licensed behavioral health providers from 2010 to 2024, adding about 1.2 million appointments yearly and 143 rural practitioners (equaling 166,000 extra visits). Director Marley Doyle said more investment is needed to meet rising demand. KETV
