- ➤ Paul Weishapl, once severely addicted, now leads the Overdose Data to Action program with UNMC and the Douglas County Health Department to give free naloxone and fentanyl testing strips and support peer navigation, which has connected nearly 200 people in just six months—helping to reduce fatal overdoses in our community.
