GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Congressman Don Bacon announced that the Air Force will reclaim Operation Looking Glass, which has run from Oklahoma for 28 years; the mission could return to Offutt and add up to nine aircraft and about 1,000 personnel (a change expected to take several years). WOWT
- ➤ Douglas County lifted its burn ban on Apr. 24. Officials reminded those with open burn permits to use caution and to never leave a fire unattended but to call 911 if a fire gets out of control. KETV
