- ➤ John's Grecian Delight in Bellevue has reopened after owner John Sakkas recovered from a broken hip he sustained last December and is now operating Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (adjusted hours apply). 3 News Now
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ This morning, 15 Bellevue West High School seniors signed up to serve our country by joining the Air Force, Navy, or Army. The event at the school provided an emotional ceremony as recruits honored family ties (distinct from athletic signing days). WOWT
- ➤ Bellevue University's Sustainability Lab has cut water use by 95% and electricity use by 85% since January, saving money by reusing plant materials and composting potting soil. The lab will soon partner with campus dining service and launch a community garden (offering a model for sustainable practices). KETV
