- ➤ Josephine Baker, a 26-year-old charged with second-degree murder, using a weapon to commit a crime, first-degree arson and domestic assault in the death of 43-year-old Jeffrey Hettinger, was denied bond in court Wednesday morning—police said she was inside a home near 28th and Kansas Avenue when officers answered a domestic disturbance call. - ➤ Di'Quarius Merritt, the suspect wanted for first-degree assault in an August shooting at Family Dollar near 25th and Chandler, was arrested in Texas & extradited to Sarpy County as Bellevue police confirmed. KETV
