- ➤ On Monday, March 31st at about 4:16 a.m., Bellevue police responded to a domestic disturbance at a home on Kansas Drive—finding 43-year-old Jeffrey A. Hettinger with fatal stab wounds and detaining a 26-year-old female who later received a medical evaluation; authorities said the investigation is ongoing and all persons involved are accounted for.
