CRIME NEWS

  • ➤ At around 10:30 p.m. Thursday, Bellevue police responded to a shooting at an apartment complex near 13th and Galvin Road, finding 21-year-old George Negrete with a gunshot wound who later died after life-saving measures—officers then arrested 23-year-old Christian Lara, who had assaulted a 20-year-old woman and was charged with second-degree murder, second-degree assault, weapon use in a felony and terroristic threats.  KETV
