- ➤ The Bellevue City Council approved an amendment to update the Mattel sublicensing agreement for the indoor water park at 15575 Bayfront Boulevard, ensuring compliance with federal tax rules and clarifying branding and marketing roles (the change has no direct fiscal impact).
