- ➤ Gov. Pillen declared this week as Nebraska School Choice Week with students, educators, and state senators joining to spotlight broader educational options (the governor signed an order in September and federal tax credits will take effect in January 2027). KETV
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Governor Jim Pillen signed an executive order on Monday from the State Capitol that cracks down on synthetic THC products, such as gummies (linked to serious health risks). The order will enforce the federal ban starting in November while keeping medical marijuana regulations unchanged. WOWT
